From Jon's early years exploring rivers and hills with his grandfathers Jon has been immersing himself in nature all his life. Many years in local and national nature charities has led him first to going it alone and then to the strong desire to create something collectively with others. His experience of crashing out with Lymes disease and rebuilding slowly through acceptance and solo time in nature has given him a meaningful insight to why nature connection is so important.
Co-Founder & Director, Forest School Practitioner and Trainer, keen grower, whittler and way of council enthusiast.
Lou has been driven by her love of nature from a very young age. When young she suffered the trauma of losing her parents. The wildlife and beauty of the west coasts of Scotland, Wales and England where she lived and holidayed became her sanctuary. As an adult she developed a deep desire to share her passion with others facing life's challenges. Lou now engages a diversity of people in embodied, nature-oriented practices aiming to empower and nurture them on their paths to health, wellbeing and connection.
